Make Yoga A Habit

People have difficulties in concentration and attention. If for one year you practice surya namaskara, trataka and Nadi Shodhana seriously, your problems will disappear. Think of yoga as a way to improve and develop the strength and quality of the brain and mind. Do not think of yoga only as a set of physical exercises that we do for maintaining health or eradicating disease or illness.
If you are sincerely committed to the practice of Yoga, within one year you will be a different student. This is the effect of yoga; – practice yoga with such a determination and dedication that it becomes a habit in your life.
