“I am now practicing yoga about 1.5 years. Well, whatever I say about my yoga class at Dhrti and my teacher Satya is less. When I started yoga at Dhrti, I was in dire need of something which helps me re-build my self-esteem, confidence, and bring positivity back to my life. Satya you helped me to get everything back. I remember initially whenever I did any pose, you encouraged me loudly. Those encouragements really helped. All the balancing poses helped me to increase my concentration level. But my favorite is “Simhagarajnasana”. Right now I feel fit and can work for longer hours without getting tired.
Actually there are many more things to say, but on a bigger scale Satya your guidance helped me to re-start my life. So thanks a LOT.
