Hari Om, I was practicing Yoga myself in the US, but practices were very irregular. Discipline was missing. Mental and physical health deteriorated over time.
What I achieved by joining online classes at Dhrti (after 1.5 years of gap):
1. Regular discipline
2. Getting back to the Yoga family and friends. Company of such amazing Yogis.
3. Improved health and mental state.
4. Improvement the practices.
5. Group energy is totally different that individual practice.
6. Not missing Dhrti family at all, although physically apart 🙂
Can never pay my gratitude enough to Gurus for devising such beautiful practices to us. On top of it, Mataji and Prabhuji are living Gurus for us, who transfer Knowledge regularly to us and excel us in our practices.
