Doing yoga sadhana for the last six months after a gap of 6 years, has been truly transformative for me. I eagerly look forward to the class every day. Starting the class with a small prayer, doing various asanas, and ending with meditation has personally moved the meaning of yoga from a form of exercise to way of living. My sadhana has increased my concentration power, and helped bring emotional, physical and mental stability. I feel more connected with my inner self. I am extremely thankful to Mataji’s and Prabhuji’s dedication to us and their discipline in ensuring our well-being. Even though the classes are online, I feel a deep sense of connection with my gurujis and fellow students and wish I can continue on this self discovery
