Hari om mathaji, with online yoga i am able to do my sadhana regularly it helped manage the lock down situation very well by going to office regularly with out any health issues. After practicing yoga nidra and ajapajapa my mental irritation has come down and feel very light and happy🙏. Even Parjanya is able balance his activities very nicely with awareness thanks to kalpana mathaji also
