Due to continuous sitting for work over the lockdown, I had muscle cramps and pains everywhere in my body.
To lift the hand straight was tough job for me. After joining the yoga classes, I have become so flexible that I forgot I had muscle cramps. My mind is at peace and I wait to join the classes in the morning
Have developed inner strength and immunity without any effort
