Yoga has helped me in the following ways:

  1. Provided the much needed positivity and energy during the pandemic. The asanas has increased my flexibility and strength.
  2. It actually has created mental clarity and calmness. Now I don’t get into unnecessary arguments and my mind doesn’t think about unnecessary negative things. I can feel that yoga has calmed me down a lot.
  3. Yoga has also given me strength to face difficult situations in life. The last year was not so good year personally in my family. But yoga gave me the strength and mental clarity to handle all those tough situations

I try to be as regular as possible to the class and I also try to do the mantra sadhana every morning.
