Workshop on NIDRA YOGA
NIDRA YOGA, A TRADITIONAL PATH OF SELF REALIZATION
- Nidrâ Yoga is a practice to reduce conditioning of memories anchored in thought and body through the practices of Sithilikarana (very deep body relaxation) and Dharana (high degree of mental concentration).
- It facilitates activation of Dhyana and Samadhi which are natural processes lying deep within each human being, blocked by this conditioning.
- Sithilikarana and Dharana operating together bring about a state of natural Dhyan (meditation).
PROGRAM
Experiencing the first 3 levels of relaxation and the first 3 degrees of concentration using:
- Sithilikarana: to discover the body reality down to the energy of the cells.
- Dharana: Practical insights through the mastering of the concentration including brain and mental patterns.
- Prana Kriya Sadhana: A series of 8 powerful breathing exercises bringing one to a natural high level of meditative energy.
- Svadhyaya and Satsang: Using of the word to clear up the mind.
