Yoga has helped me a lot in my work. It helps me to keep my cool in any situation. Lately has helped me to think easily which i used to find a bit challenging.

With respect to my life, Yoga has given me lot of mental strength and ability to stay composed. It has made me realize how important our health is and how lucky we are to be so fit which is exactly the reason why i want to continue practicing always. Apart from this, I want to have a great body :)

I absolutely love the way Satya teaches both theory & practical. It’s very inspiring and there is always something I don’t know be it theory or practical. I look forward to every single class.
