Dhrti Yoga Center is started by dedicated yoga professional Sannyasi Brahmadhyanam (Satya Ramana) M. A., B.Ed., Mumbai University, M.Sc – Yoga, SVYASA Bangalore with a scorching ambition and soaring spirit to spread the scent of yoga.
With a humble beginning from home, she discovered her vision and mission, grew immensely from time to time serving people belonging to wide spectrum of the society, found a niche for herself, and established Dhrti Yoga Center.
She had received Jignasu Diksha from Paramahamsa Sri Niranjanananda Saraswati and was given the name Brahmadhyanam. Later she took Karma Sannyasa Diksha from Paramahamsa Satyasangananda Saraswati, Rikhiapeeth.
She has had more than 25 years of rich experience in yoga and natural sciences as trainer and consultant, and known for her innovative entrepreneurial skills as yoga director. Her extensive work and consultation includes workshops on yoga with corporates, schools, and colleges. She has trained many instructors and has taught yoga to more than 4500 students in various forms of Yoga like Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, and Therapeutic yoga.
She believes, “a river doesn’t need to urge people to drink its water rather people are naturally drawn to it provided its water is pure, free flowing, and sweet. In the same way, is the path of yoga, through your true efforts, everyone will want to join you, naturally”.
Corporate Yoga Specialist
Manutattwa (Ramana) is an avid yoga practitioner & trainer at Dhrti Yoga Center. He has received his initial training in yoga & vedanta from Forest Yoga Vedanta Academy of Divine Life Society Headquarters, located at the holy banks of mother Ganga and foothills of Himalayas, Rishikesh.
He is also a “Yoga Pravartaka” having successfully completed Yoga Teachers Training Course from Atma Darshan Yogashram, the Southern branch of Bihar School of Yoga, Bangalore.
He has received Karma Sannyasa Diksha from Paramahamsa Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati, Rikhiapeeth.
He conducts Hatha yoga, yoga therapy, meditation classes, and detox yoga sessions at Dhrti Yoga Center. He is also an adept bhajan singer and mridanga player.
His main forte is that he is an expert corporate yoga specialist. After having worked in Healthcare BPO sector in Production, Quality & Compliance, and HR functions for over 13 years, he understood precisely various health hazards & risks one can develop during corporate work life. With this insightful understanding combined with rich yoga teaching, he administers appropriate yoga practices as perfect remedies to fix them and yield the best benefits of yoga for wellbeing.

Samyatattwa (Lakshmi) is an ardent yoga practitioner at Dhrti Yoga Center, a professional from the corporate world. She practices yoga as part of her lifetime goal of well-being.
She is also a “Yoga Pravartaka” having successfully completed Yoga Teachers Training Course from Atma Darshan Yogashram, the Southern branch of Bihar School of Yoga, Bangalore.
Earlier she had received Jignasu Diksha from Paramahamsa Sri Niranjanananda Saraswati and was given the name Samyatattwa.
She facilitates the Surya Sadhana sessions and weekend sessions at Dhrti Yoga Center and feels that every individual must devote a part of their time to practice yoga for a better life.
She has completed a course, “Prana vidya” in Rikhiapeeth Ashram, Jharkhand, the abode and tapobhumi of Swami Satyananda Saraswati
Prana Vidya is an advanced course which reveals the techniques to bring awareness of the vast stores of energy within the human body. The course systematically guides participants through ancient practices for the conscious manipulation of these energy stores for immense physical, psychological and spiritual benefits.
She believes that “Yoga is a science of well-being, science of integrating body, mind and soul.”
Dr. Sandhya Kumar, M.D. (Ayur)
Dr. Sandhya is an excellent Ayurvedic specialist with a great healing touch and she has been an integral part of Dhrti. She is a B.A.M.S from GAMC, RGUHS, Bangalore in 2000. She is a gold medalist and university topper in her M.D. at SDM Udupi in 2003 for her meritorious work in the subject ‘Dravya guna’.
She has had wide spectrum of experience as specialist in Ayurvedic medicine; has worked with Baidyanath at Banashankari for 1 year, at Ayush for 1 year, at Kottakal Arya Vaidyashala for 3 years, and also worked as lecturer at Sri Sri Ayurveda College, Kanakapura Road for 8 months. She is also working as honorary Asst. Professor at Kalabhiraveswara College of Ayurveda, Vijaya Nagar, Bangalore. She has her own practice by name ‘Sarvahitha Ayurvedala’ in MICO Layout, BTM 2 Stage.
